Semantic Web CMS v0.4 | SEYE

December 10th, 2007

New version 0.5 Beta is here!

Folks,We are proud to release SEYE v0.4 beta, featuring improvements to the AS1 module. Firefox is required for full functionality. Click Graphic below to launch.

1. Select the AC1 module or GC1 module

2. Collect RDF in Ontology viewer (TagCloud)

Click Here for limited time Demo - SEYE

There are many reasons the URI may not load (or even pop out of the frame). Always remember to add the trailing forward slash if you are examining a domain, ie. http://www.website.com/. If the URI does load, it might not scrape, again, there are many reasons for this outside of SEYE’s control. If all goes well, in the Cloud you should see the site under test as an Ontology (Concepts and Knowledge). “When it works … it’s like capturing the web sites Soul”. In future versions, you will be able to export the Cloud as SIOC keywords, a scot Ontology TagCloud, ROR sitemap, basically any RDF or xml you wish.

At a glance, the better the semantic structure of the URI, the better readability in the Cloud (Ontology). More on interpreting the Cloud later (it is much more than just a keyword density analyzer). Enjoy!

Semantic Web Content Management System

October 17th, 2007

NEW:
This project has moved into the ‘SEYE’ phase, adding the central control module.

For our purposes, the MindMap (Brain) is a start point and an end point, it can have branches and may contain annotations or website scrapes (simile). You may apply any rules you wish to its construction, for example, I tend to put ‘things to do’ in a cloud on the right and ‘things to think about’ in a cloud on the left. It is an Ontology. ‘Lenses’ may be applied to illuminate data, facilitate protocol etc. there are many planned options.

The Semantic Field (TagCloud) is configurable, it shares the Ontology/s and can be a control point for aggregation (RDF and non-RDF), the inference layer and the tree (publishing), hence it is a CMS. Ontology’s may be loaded and unloaded, modified and shared.

“I think the ‘elephant in the room’ for SEO’s is that the semantic web brings more technology into the picture, you are exporting and importing data with a myriad of ways to operate on that data; There are simply more hooks and ladders. Our focus is of course on relevance; being found for the right reasons, which implies (in terms of the semantic web) inference layers and other filtering mechanisms.”

“Engineering web presence in the semantic web takes expertise ranging from artificial intelligence to the zitgist repository. We hope to see more people arrive on scene as qualified semantic web engineers. We all benefit from the new ideas, except for perhaps the search engines. The main flaw IMHO with current search engines is they presume to know what you want, the semantic web is a bit gentler about things as it offers relevant suggestions to help you decide.”

RELAX SEO Services; Semantic Web nuts and bolts.
