This is gonna be quick ’cause I have a lot of work to do. Our subscriptions have really grown and I want to at least give you something …

1. Organize your bookmarks! When the time comes, you’ll understand why this is so important, in fact, create a bookmark file so you can edit with visual notepad or the editor of your choice.

2. Blog! If your not currently Blogging, then start right now. I mean RIGHT NOW! OK, that’s not too exciting but what are you exporting in your Blog? I recommend that you export unAPI or SIOC. Don’t know what this means? Do yourself a favor and go find out, it’s beyond the scope of this little entry.

3. Investigate the Semantic Web. Everything you thought you knew about SEO is about to change. ‘Keywords’ will become just that … ‘Keys’, not some algo hack that makes a guess at your query but what you really wanted and asked for.

We are working on a more complete document and it will be available at some point. We try to keep the SEO MindMap up to date but it takes away from the constant research we are conducting. This is just a little help to keep you going.

Not a client? Well it seems that even those high priced Big Guys are totally missing the boat - sure they can generate traffic but our goal is to deliver visitors who were converted before they even arrived at your page.

Another Web 2.0 SEO Innovation from RELAX SEO Services: The xFolk (Microformat or decentralized Tagging) TagCloud Generator.

The objective was to develop an easy way to xFolk enable web pages, while it is not necessarily difficult (after you have poured through pages of technical documentation) to implement decentralized Tagging, still you were left with nothing fancy - just tags that were invisible to most. This project resulted in an easy and beautiful way to enable Microformating (minimal) for your website.

All those silly icons at the bottom of this and most blog pages inspired us to investigate the xFolk project; why should we visit several Social Networking websites in order to get our ‘Socialmeters’ growing? Decentralized Tagging didn’t just seem like a good idea, it was the only idea that really made any sense.

We are busy working on other projects in support of the Microformat proposals because we believe those guys got it right. So for now, suffice it to say that our tool is a terrific way to get Web 2.0 (3.0?) ready. If you’ve been spying on us (and if you’re serious about SEO, you should be), you have probably noticed some changes that hint at our new ‘released’ technologies. Primarily we modified some of our descriptors. XSEO is now our acronym for “Exploratory” SEO, this better reflects what we do at relaXSEO.com. Also we thought it best to think more in terms of “Social Engine Optimization”. While we have not abandoned the ‘old’ SEO methodologies entirely, we have positioned ourselves for Web 3.0 (or “Super Mega Web” as I like to call it).

What will the new web bring? We think it is a ‘no brainer’ … people want more relevant search results for their search terms. Keyword stuffing, cloaking, linkbait, it’s become the order of the day for most SEO’s and the result … it has harmed the integrity of SE’s like Google ™, they go to great effort to detect spam and try to keep the SERP’s relevant. I am sure they hate constantly policing against these techniques.

Well Folks, All that is about to change! If you are participating in these deceptive methods … you’re gonna get buried real soon! Here is our recommendation: Be honest (duh), accurately describe your site, if people are interested in what you have they will come, else they won’t (I don’t really need to tell you this; do I?). Yes, this puts more pressure on you to develop unique offerings - add more value than before and consider your prospective customers needs carefully. It’s hard work but the truth is, it is the only way.

As for our new Technologies … you’ll need to become a client to gain access to those … but when we tell you what the geniuses in our think tank have recently developed, you WILL ask yourself; self (you might say); How do they think of this stuff? The answer is simple, we don’t sleep, we barely eat and our mouse hands are throbbing from the amount of surfing and research we do. In the end, you benefit from our tireless search for the future of SEO.

That is enough for now … as usual, you will find that there is a lot of great stuff on the site, we make you search for it … but it’s there. Have fun, enjoy … and you will learn something new if you take the time to explore.
